Our experience was disappointing, and I would encourage prospective families to carefully consider other swim schools. The registration process was disorganized from the beginning. We received inconsistent information from the front desk, coaches, and the supervisor, making it difficult to understand the program and scheduling. Unfortunately, this miscommunication resulted in our children missing three swim sessions due to incorrect information provided by one of the coaches. When we raised our concerns with the supervisor, we were met with similarly inconsistent explanations and no offer of make-up classes to address the missed lessons. We were also told that no one would call or email us to follow up regarding our concerns, yet we continued to receive repeated phone calls regarding payment. That contrast left us feeling that customer service was prioritized only when it involved billing rather than resolving legitimate issues. The most concerning part of our experience involved safety. During one lesson, one of the children appeared to be in distress in the water while the coach remained seated on the edge of the pool instead of immediately entering the water to assist. Fortun

It's one of the best pools, especially for competitions, in the region. Just wish the bleachers had back rests. Thankful that they have ample seating indoors with big electronic boards and working sensors.

Been here many times for swim meets. The facility is a little older but it does have lots seatings. This facility also a meter pool as well. There is a concession in the lobby too. Parking is not an issue as they have more parking in the back as well.

This review is for the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium In Frisco, TX. The swimming facility is clean and well kept. There was a warm up pool and diving area. Most Saturdays you can you see the swimming facility is packed from the Tent City seen in my pictures. There is free WiFi and the code can be found in the waiting area by the restrooms in the main lobby.
